Ingrediënten
- 200 Ml mayonnaise Homemade
- 1 egg hard-boiled, finely rubbed into smooth mush
- 1 el lemon juice
- 2 el chive finely chopped
- 1/4 onion very finely chopped
- Cayenne
Werkwijze
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and crush until smooth.
- Shred the chives and onions.
- Add everything together in the mayonnaise and finish with a touch of cayenne pepper, extra salt and pepper if desired.
