Ingredients
- 200 ml mayonnaise (homemade )
- 1 egg (hard-boiled, finely rubbed into smooth mush)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chives (chopped)
- 1/4 onion (very finely chopped)
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Let cool and crush to a smooth brew.
- Shred the chives and onion.not
- Add everything together in the mayonnaise and finish and a touch of cayenne pepper, additional pepper and salt if necessary.
