Red Port Sauce with Berries

  • 1 lump butter
  • 1 shallot (Chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (Chopped)
  • 250 Ml water
  • 7 Gr Game broth Piet Huysentruyt
  • 1 Kl thyme
  • 2 Leaves laurel
  • 150 Ml Red Porto
  • 200 Gr Cranberries Nature


  • Put a knob of butter in the saucepan.
