- 500 Ml Bechamel sauce ratio 60gr butter – 60gr flour – 500 ml whole milk – see basic recipe
- 200 Gr Cheddar cheese Grated
Werkwijze
- Prepare the Bechamel sauce according to the basic recipe.
- Once the Bechamel sauce is ready, remove from heat and stir in the shredded Cheddar cheese until completely melted.
- Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
