Ingredients
 

  • 500 Ml Bechamel sauce (ratio 60gr butter - 60gr flour - 500 ml whole milk - see basic recipe)
  • 200 Gr Cheddar cheese (Grated)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Bechamel sauce according to the basic recipe.
  • Once the Bechamel sauce is ready, remove from heat and stir in the shredded Cheddar cheese until completely melted.
  • Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
