Ingrediënten
- 500 Ml Bechamel sauce ratio 50gr butter – 50gr flour – 500 ml whole milk – see basic recipe
- 100 Gr grated Gruyere cheese
- 50 Gr grated Parmesan cheese
Werkwijze
- Prepare the Bechamel sauce according to the basic recipe.
- Once the Bechamel sauce is ready, remove from heat and stir in the grated Gruyere and Parmesan cheese until completely melted.
- Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
