  • 2 eggs
  • 6 Tablespoons milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons bacon cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil ((or butter))


  • Place the oven tray in the oven on the highest setting. Set the grill setting to 180°C.
  • Grease a pan with a little oil (or butter) and turn the heat on (high). Be careful: the pan must be suitable for the oven.
  • Crack the eggs
  • Add the milk
  • Stir the eggs and milk well.
  • Add pepper. (Be careful already salt in the bacon!)
  • Fry the bacon briefly. Rub the bacon cubes and then add the egg mixture.
  • Reduce the heat (slightly) and cook for a minute.
  • Place the pan in the oven as high as possible. Keep a close eye on it because it can go “fast”. Again, a minute is enough.
  • Roll up the omelette with the help of a spatula.
