Instructions
Place the oven tray in the oven on the highest setting. Set the grill setting to 180°C.
Grease a pan with a little oil (or butter) and turn the heat on (high). Be careful: the pan must be suitable for the oven.
Crack the eggs
Add the milk
Stir the eggs and milk well.
Add pepper. (Be careful already salt in the bacon!)
Fry the bacon briefly. Rub the bacon cubes and then add the egg mixture.
Reduce the heat (slightly) and cook for a minute.
Place the pan in the oven as high as possible. Keep a close eye on it because it can go "fast". Again, a minute is enough.
Roll up the omelette with the help of a spatula.
