(ratio 50gr butter - 50gr flour - 500 ml whole milk - see basic recipe)

grated Gruyère cheese

Instructions
Prepare the Bechamel sauce according to the basic recipe.
Once the Bechamel sauce is ready, remove from heat and stir in the grated Gruyère and Parmesan cheese until completely melted.
Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
