Ingredients: 1 Camembert (in its wooden box); 2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced (optional)); 2 sprigs rosemary (fresh); 1 tbsp honey; black pepper (freshly ground); 1 baguette or crusty bread (sliced)

Get cooking

Preparation: Remove the wrapping from the Camembert but leave the cheese in its wooden box. Use a sharp knife to score small cuts in the top of the Camembert.
Garlic (optional) and rosemary: Tuck the garlic slices and rosemary sprigs into the cuts in the Camembert.
Honey and pepper: Drizzle the Camembert with honey and add a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
Place the Camembert on the barbecue, preferably over indirect heat so the box does not burn. Grill over a medium heat for about 10–15 minutes, until the cheese has melted completely.
Time range: choose the first timer to check progress or the last for the end of the stated time.
Take the Camembert off the barbecue and serve straight away with slices of baguette or crusty bread. Enjoy!
