Shaping: Roll small balls and rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
Frying: Fry the meatballs in a pan until brown.
Oven: Transfer to an oven dish and bake for another 30 minutes at 180°C.
Sauce: Make a roux with butter and flour, add the stocks, cream, soy sauce and mustard. Leave to thicken.
