Instructions
Mix: Mix beef and pork mince with onion, garlic, breadcrumbs and egg. Add milk, salt and pepper.
Forming: Roll small balls and let them rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Frying: Fry the balls in a pan until brown.
Oven: Move to a baking dish and bake for another 30 minutes at 180°C.
Sauce: Make a roux with butter and flour, add broths, cream, soy sauce and mustard. Let thicken.
Serving: Serve with your favorite potato dish.
