Ingrediënten
- 1 portion peas (small can or from the freezer)
- 3 Discs goat cheese or herb cheese (1 cm slices)
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 can anchovy
- 1/2 baguette
Werkwijze
The ore mash
- Put the ore and cheese in the bowl of the mixer
- Add water and oil and mix well
- Season with salt and pepper
- If it is too dry, feel free to add moisture (water or oil)
- Taste and season with salt and pepper
The finishing touch
- Cut the baguette into slices
- You can rub the baguette with your favorite olive oil
- Top the baguette and finish with an anchovy on the ore pure
