Bruschetta with ore mash and anchovies

  • 1 portion peas (small can or from the freezer)
  • 3 Discs goat cheese or herb cheese (1 cm slices)
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can anchovy
  • 1/2 baguette


The ore mash

  • Put the ore and cheese in the bowl of the mixer
  • Add water and oil and mix well
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • If it is too dry, feel free to add moisture (water or oil)
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper

The finishing touch

  • Cut the baguette into slices
  • You can rub the baguette with your favorite olive oil
  • Top the baguette and finish with an anchovy on the ore pure
  • Put the baguette on the bbq for a while, try to bake the grill at the bottom of the bread. Be careful: the line between nice and crispy and burnt is wafer-thin…
