Ingredients
- 4 pita breads
- 1000 g pita meat
- 1 iceberg lettuce (chopped)
- 10 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 200 g Feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup maize
- 2 carrots (grated)
- 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 4 servings tzatziki

Layout of the board:
- Start with a bed of iceberg lettuce on each plate, seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Place the halved cherry tomatoes, diced feta and red onion on top of the lettuce, and sprinkle with some oregano for extra flavor.
- Place the grated carrots on the left side of the plate.
- Spoon the tzatziki sauce to the right side of the plate.
- Place the corn in the middle between the carrots and the tzatziki sauce.
- Place the fried pita meat at the front of the plate.
- Serve with a toasted pita bread on the side.

Meat and bread
- Fry the pita meat in a hot pan until cooked and slightly crispy. The meat has enough of its own fat, so extra oil is not necessary.
- Toast the pita buns in a toaster until warm and slightly crisp.
