Instructions
- Place the oven tray in the oven on the highest setting. Set the grill setting to 180°C.
- Grease a pan with a little oil (or butter) and turn the heat on (high). Be careful: the pan must be suitable for the oven.
- Crack the eggs
- Add the milk
- Stir the eggs and milk well.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
- Lower the heat (slightly) and cook for a good minute.
- Place the pan in the oven as high as possible. Again, a minute is enough. Keep a close eye on it because it can go “fast”.
- Roll up the omelette with the help of a spatula.
