Instructions
- Put the oven tray in the oven on the highest setting. Set the grill setting to 180°C.
 - Grease a pan with a little oil (or butter) and already put the heat on (high). Beware the pan must be suitable for the oven.
 - Crack the eggs
 - Add the milk
 - Stir the eggs and milk well.
 - Add pepper and salt.
 - Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
 - Reduce the heat (slightly) and cook for a good minute.
 - Put the pan in the oven as high as possible. Again, a minute is sufficient. Keep a close eye on it because it can go “fast.”
 - Roll up the omelet using a spatula.
