Place the oven tray in the oven on the highest setting. Set the grill setting to 180°C.
Grease a pan with a little oil (or butter) and turn the heat on (high). Be careful: the pan must be suitable for the oven.
Crack the eggs
Add the milk
Stir the eggs and milk well.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
Lower the heat (slightly) and cook for a good minute.
Place the pan in the oven as high as possible. Again, a minute is enough. Keep a close eye on it because it can go "fast".
Roll up the omelette with the help of a spatula.
