Strawberry cake

A tasty cake and quite easy to make.

  • 1 skin puff pastry
  • 500 g strawberries (Ideally, all the same size)
  • 2 tablespoon strawberry jelly
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 15 g icing sugar
  • 15 g corn starch (cornstarch)

  • Take the dough and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin
  • Butter the baking pan
  • Place the dough in the baking tin and press down.
  • Place butter paper on top and pour the baking beads over it
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 160°C
