Ingredients
- 400 g mushrooms (sliced or quartered)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- handful fresh parsley (chopped)
- trench lemon juice
- Pepper (white to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms.
- Heat the olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for another 1 minute, until the fragrance is released.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and most of the moisture has evaporated.
- Season with salt and pepper, a dash of lemon juice and add the parsley.
