Instructions
Clean the mushrooms.
Heat the olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and sauté for another 1 minute, until the fragrance is released.
Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and most of the moisture has evaporated.
Season with salt and pepper, a dash of lemon juice and add the parsley.
