- 8 bacon strips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Wrap each apricot in half a slice of bacon.
- Place the apricots on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Spray some honey on each apricot.
- Bake in the oven for 10-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy. Halfway through the baking time, flip the apricots.
- Secure with a toothpick and place on a serving platter.
- Let them cool briefly before serving.
