8 bacon rashers

Method

Get cooking

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wrap each apricot in half a rasher of bacon.
Arrange the apricots on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
Drizzle a little honey over each apricot.
Bake in the oven for 10–20 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp. Turn the apricots halfway through.
Time range: choose the first timer to check progress or the last for the end of the stated time.
Secure each one with a cocktail stick and arrange on a serving plate.
Leave to cool slightly before serving.
