Ingredients
The cake

- 2 tablespoon water
- 15 g icing sugar
- 15 g corn starch (cornstarch)

- 50 g chocolate (Use Your Favorite Strain)
- 1 dash whole milk
Pastry cream
- 1/2 litre (whole) milk
- 6 Egg yolks
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 70 g sugar
- 50 g corn starch (cornstarch)
Instructions
Cake pan
- Take the dough and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin
- Butter the baking pan
- Place the dough in the baking tin and press down.
- Place butter paper on top and pour the baking beads over it
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 160°C
Cream
- Make the cream
Finishing
- Rinse and cut the strawberry into 2.
- Spread over the cake
- Mix the cornstarch and flour and sprinkle over the cake.
