Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 150-200 g leftover spaghetti sauce (bolognese or vegetarian)
- 100 g grated cheese (such as mozzarella or Emmentaler)
- Flower (before rolling out)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).
- Dust your work surface with some flour and roll out the puff pastry thinly.
- Cut the puff pastry into small rounds or squares to make mini pizzas. You can use a glass.
- Spread the leftover spaghetti sauce evenly over the mini puff pastry bases, leaving about 0.5 cm from the edge.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the sauce.
- Bake the mini pizzas in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the mini pizzas from the oven and garnish with fresh basil or oregano, if desired.
