Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).
  • Dust your work surface with some flour and roll out the puff pastry thinly.
  • Cut the puff pastry into small rounds or squares to make mini pizzas. You can use a glass.
  • Spread the leftover spaghetti sauce evenly over the mini puff pastry bases, leaving about 0.5 cm from the edge.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese over the sauce.
