Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).
Dust your work surface with some flour and roll out the puff pastry thinly.
Cut the puff pastry into small rounds or squares to make mini pizzas. You can use a glass.
Spread the leftover spaghetti sauce evenly over the mini puff pastry bases, leaving about 0.5 cm from the edge.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the sauce.
Bake the mini pizzas in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
Remove the mini pizzas from the oven and garnish with fresh basil or oregano, if desired.
