Ingredients
- 500 g bread
- 1 l milk (full)
- 330 g sugar (Brown)
- 200 g Raisins
- 25 g vanilla powder
- 4 eggs
Optional
- hint of cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
- Slice the bread
- Add the sugar, raisins and milk. If desired, a touch of cinnamon.
- Allow to rest for up to an hour
- Crack and mix the eggs. Add them to the mixture and stir.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Put the mixture in a suitable pan.
- Place in the oven for 90-120 minutes. After 30′, cover the top with alumium foil or it will burn.
