Werkwijze
- Slice the bread
- Add the sugar, raisins and milk. A touch of cinnamon if desired.
- Allow to rest for up to an hour
- Crack and mix the eggs. Add them to the mixture and stir.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Put the mixture in a suitable pan.
- Place in the oven for 90-120 minutes. After 30′, cover the top with aluminum foil, otherwise it will burn.
