Instructions

  • Slice the bread
  • Add the sugar, raisins and milk. A touch of cinnamon if desired.
  • Allow to rest for up to an hour
  • Crack and mix the eggs. Add them to the mixture and stir.
  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  • Put the mixture in a suitable pan.
  • Place in the oven for 90-120 minutes. After 30′, cover the top with aluminum foil, otherwise it will burn.
