- 20 g butter
- 4 thin pancakes
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 dl Cointreau ((or Grand Marnier or Mandarine Napoléon))
- 1 st orange (pressed)
- 4 bulbs vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Fold 4 thin pancakes into quarters. Sprinkle with sugar
- Melt a knob of butter in the pan
- Place the 4 pancakes with the sprinkled sugar side down. The objective is for the sugar to caramelize, so the heat should be quite high.
- Sprinkle the top with sugar and turn over
- Pour the alcohol over the pancakes and flambé
- When the fire is extinguished, add the fruit juice. Let some boil.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
