- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Spread 8 Slices bread lightly with olive oil on one side and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Spread 4 slices ham evenly over the bread slices.
- Add the 150 g mushrooms slices on top of the ham and sprinkle with the oregano.
- Sprinkle with 250 g cheese grated.
- Bake the toasts in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is nicely melted and golden brown.
- Serve the witch sandwiches warm.
