- 1 packet Vitello Tonnato with sauce ((purchased at Delhaize Lochristi))
- 50 g arugula
- olive oil ((optional))
- fresh lemon juice ((optional))
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese ((optional))

Instructions
Preparing the Arugula
- Carefully wash the arugula and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the arugula in a bowl and drizzle lightly with olive oil and a little lemon juice for extra flavor (optional). Mix gently.
- Season to taste with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Presentation of the Vitello Tonnato
- Place the Vitello Tonnato slices gracefully on a serving platter or individual plates.
- Cover the meat (generously) with the provided tuna sauce.
Adding the Arugula
- Arrange the arugula next to or over the Vitello Tonnato, providing a nice contrast to the light meat and creamy sauce.

- Shave some Parmesan cheese over the arugula for an extra layer of flavor and texture (optional).
