Ingredients
- 8 slices ham (such as Parma ham or Serrano)
- 1 melon (Galia or Cantaloupe, in thin slices)
- 2 tomatoes (diced )
- 150 g feta (diced)
- 4 apricots (cut into crescents (or use dried apricots))
- 150 g mixed lettuce (such as arugula, corn salad, and spinach)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)

- 1 focaccia
Instructions
- Wash and dry the lettuce. Divide the lettuce evenly among the plates. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the melon into crescents. Place Spread the melon slices evenly over the salad.
- Roll up the ham slices and place them on the plate.
- Arrange the tomato moonshine and apricot moonshine decoratively.
- Sprinkle the feta cubes over the salad.
- Drizzle the balsamic cream over the salad.
- If not an appetizer, you can add a few slices of focaccia
