Ingredients
 

  • 8 slices ham (such as Parma ham or Serrano)
  • 1 melon (Galia or Cantaloupe, in thin slices)
  • 2 tomatoes (diced )
  • 150 g feta (diced)
  • 4 apricots (cut into crescents (or use dried apricots))
  • 150 g mixed lettuce (such as arugula, corn salad, and spinach)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

  • 1 focaccia

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the lettuce. Divide the lettuce evenly among the plates. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the melon into crescents. Place Spread the melon slices evenly over the salad.
