Instructions
Wash and dry the lettuce. Divide the lettuce evenly among the plates. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the melon into crescents. Place Spread the melon slices evenly over the salad.
Roll up the ham slices and place them on the plate.
Arrange the tomato moonshine and apricot moonshine decoratively.
Sprinkle the feta cubes over the salad.
Drizzle the balsamic cream over the salad.
If not an appetizer, you can add a few slices of focaccia

You can make this salad with Galia or Cantaloupe.
For extra crunch, you can go for a handful of toasted pine nuts or pomegranate seeds.
Not only feta, but also mozzarella and buratta or parmesan cheese can be used here.
The dressing can also be different, a honey dressing or a classic vinaigrette can and even pesto.
