- Rinse the lettuce and swish dry with a towel or with the lettuce swisher.
- Peel and cut the onion in half, Then thinly slice so that you get “half-moons”.
- Cut tomatoes into 4 or 8 pieces (depending on size)
- Cut the olives into 2 or more slices. If you prefer a whole olive – of course you can do that too.
- Chop or crumble the feta. Personally, I find cube of a minimum 1/2 cm most palatable. Larger than 1 cm comes across as rather clunky.
