Ingredients
- 500 ml Bechamel sauce (ratio 60gr butter – 60gr flour – 500 ml whole milk – see basic recipe)
 - 200 g Cheddar cheese (grated)
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Bechamel sauce according to the basic recipe.
 - Once the Bechamel sauce is ready, remove from the heat and stir in the grated Cheddar cheese until completely melted.
 - Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
