Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp milk
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp bacon bits
- 1/2 tbsp oil ((or butter))
Instructions
- Put the oven tray in the oven on the highest setting. Set the grill setting to 180°C.
- Grease a pan with a little oil (or butter) and already put the heat on (high). Beware the pan must be suitable for the oven.
- Crack the eggs
- Add the milk
- Stir the eggs and milk well.
- Add pepper. (careful already salt in the bacon!)
- Fry the bacon briefly. Rub the bacon bits loose, then add the egg mixture.
- Lower the heat (slightly) and cook for a minute.
- Put the pan in the oven as high as possible. Keep a close eye on it because it can go “fast.” Again, a minute is sufficient.
- Roll up the omelet using a spatula.
