Ingredients
- 500 ml Bechamel sauce (ratio 50gr butter – 50gr flour – 500 ml whole milk – see basic recipe)
- 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Bechamel sauce according to the basic recipe.
- Once the Bechamel sauce is ready, remove from heat and stir in the grated Gruyère and Parmesan cheese until completely melted.
- Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
