Ingredients
- 1 serving peas ((small can or from the freezer))
- 3 slices goat cheese or herb cheese ((1 cm slices))
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 can anchovies
- 1/2 baguette
Instructions
The ertwen puree
- Place the peas and cheese in the bowl of the blender
- Add water and oil and mix well
- Season with salt and pepper
- If too dry, feel free to add more moisture (water or oil)
- Taste and further season with salt and pepper
The finishing
- Cut the baguette into slices
- You can rub the baguette with your favorite olive oil
- Top the baguette and finish with an anchovy on top of the ertwen puree
- Put the baguette on the bbq for a while, try to cook the grill at the bottom of the bread. Beware the line between nice and crispy and burnt is razor thin….
