Ingredients
The cake
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 500 g strawberries (ideally all the same size)
- 2 tbsp strawberry jelly
- 2 tbsp water
- 15 g powdered sugar
- 15 g cornstarch (cornstarch)
The chocolate coating
- 50 g chocolate (use your favorite kind)
- 1 dash full-cream milk
Pastry cream
- 1/2 liters (whole) milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 70 g sugar
- 50 g cornstarch (cornstarch)
Instructions
Cake pan
- Take the dough and roll out using a rolling pin
- Butter the baking pan
- Place the dough in the baking pan and press.
- Place butter paper on top and pour baking pearls over it
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 160°C
Cream
- Make the cream
Finish
- Rinse and cut the strawberries into 2.
- Spread over the cake
- Mix the cornstarch and flour and sprinkle over the cake.
