- 2 hoogte latten of kader 3 mm
- 1 deegsnijder or tandem or bicycle
Ingredients
Filling
- 150 g attorney
- 350 g chocolate (white, melted, not tempered)
Crusty
- 300 g chocolate (by choice, tempered)
- 1 sheet print (optionally)
Instructions
Top
- Prepare a plate. Put the printing (in the Feuille d’Or style) on top and the height frame.
- Pour over with the tempered chocolate,,,,,, make even. Use your favorite white, milk or dark chocolate for this.
- After a few minutes, cut the chocade using the “bicycle”. Don’t wait too long or you’ll risk breaking the chocolate.
- Put something “heavy” on it in such a way that the printing can take effect.
- Put in the refrigerator.
Bottom
- Do this again but without printing.
Filling
- Mix the eggnog with the white chocolate and stir well. Place in a piping bag with a serrated nozzle 8.
