Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 onion (roughly chopped); 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped); 1 celery stalk (sliced); 1 kg tomatoes (ripe, cut into pieces); 400 g chopped tomatoes (canned); 1 tbsp tomato purée; 1 tbsp sugar; 1 cube vegetable stock; 500 ml water; salt and pepper; 1 tsp paprika; chilli flakes (to taste); cayenne pepper (to taste)

Method

Get cooking

Place the onion and garlic in the mixing bowl and chop them briefly.
Add the olive oil and sauté for 7 minutes at 110 °C.
Meanwhile, finely chop the celery and roughly chop the fresh tomatoes. Add both through the filling opening.
Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato purée and sugar.
Add the stock cube and water.
Cook the soup for 30 minutes at 100 °C.
Blend the soup using the blender function. Start at the lowest speed and increase it gradually to prevent splashing.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, chilli flakes and cayenne pepper. Blend briefly again if needed to achieve the desired texture.
