- Place the eggs, milk and brown sugar in a cup and stir well.

- Dip a slice of bread into the mixture. Dip the bread well.
- Place the slice of bread in the pan. Be careful – this can quickly turn black. Depending on how high your heat is, you may already have to turn the bread after less than half a minute.
- Fry lightly browned along both sides and serve on a plate.
- Finish with some powdered sugar or your favorite sugar.
