Ingredients
 

  • 400 g mushrooms (sliced or quartered)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • handful fresh parsley (chopped)
  • trench lemon juice
  • Pepper (white to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  • Clean the mushrooms.
  • Heat the olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and sauté for another 1 minute, until the fragrance is released.
  • Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and most of the moisture has evaporated.
  • Season with salt and pepper, a dash of lemon juice and add the parsley.
