Instructions
- Put water on and boil the pasta.
- Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Finely chop the garlic and shallot and add.
- Add the shrimp and fry for 3-4 minutes per side, until pink and cooked.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and fry briefly until they soften slightly.
- Drain the pasta and mix the pesto under the pasta. You can optionally add a little cream.
- Mix the shrimp and cherry tomatoes with the pasta.
- Serve. Tasty!
