Cauliflower soup with Monsieur Cuisine

1. Crush the garlic clove, cut the onion into 4 pieces and put everything in the Monsieur Cuisine bowl. Chop for 5 seconds on speed 5.
2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
3. Add the butter. Set to 100°C and speed 1 and cook the onion for 6 minutes.
4. Cut the cauliflower and potato. Add the cauliflower florets and diced potato to the bowl.
5. Pour in the vegetable stock.
6. Set the Monsieur Cuisine to cooking mode, 100°C, for 20 minutes.
7. After cooking, blend the soup with the Monsieur Cuisine until smooth on speed 10 (*) for 1 minute. Repeat if necessary.
8. Season with salt and pepper.

Optional

1. Add fried bacon strips as a garnish.
2. For an extra-creamy soup, add a splash of cream while blending.
