Ingredients
- 100 g corn salad
- 1 apple (Jonagold or Elstar)
- 50 g walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice (against discoloration + freshness)
- pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- Parmesan (flakes, optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the corn salad.
- Cut the apple into fine strips or cubes, drizzle with lemon juice.
- Mix olive oil, honey, pepper and salt to make a simple dressing.
- Mix corn salad, apple and dressing just before serving.
- Top with walnuts and some parmesan, if desired.
