Ingredients
 

  • 100 g corn salad
  • 1 apple (Jonagold or Elstar)
  • 50 g walnuts (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (against discoloration + freshness)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • Parmesan (flakes, optional)

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the corn salad.
  • Cut the apple into fine strips or cubes, drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Mix olive oil, honey, pepper and salt to make a simple dressing.
  • Mix corn salad, apple and dressing just before serving.
  • Top with walnuts and some parmesan, if desired.
