- Clean the Brussels sprouts, halving or cutting into quarters if desired. Cook until tender in lightly salted. (Whole : 10 to 15 minutes – halved or quartered : 5 to 10 minutes).
- Peel the potatoes and cook until tender in lightly salted water for 20 minutes.
- Fry the bacon bits until crispy.
- Puree and finish with butter and milk.
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Beware, bacon is salty!
- Combine everything together and serve.
