Ingredients: 1 packets of Dr. Oetker Sinterklaas Speculoos; 75 g butter; 1 tbsp water

Preparation

Remove the baking tray from the oven and preheat the oven to the temperature stated on the packaging.
Separate the Sint and Piet biscuit cutters by cutting them apart.

Prepare the dough

Stir the 75 grams of butter in a mixing bowl until soft.
Add the baking mix and 1 tablespoon of water.
Knead everything with a mixer fitted with dough hooks or by hand until the dough comes together.

Shape the biscuits

Roll out the dough or press it flat to a thickness of approximately 0.5 cm. If needed, dust the dough and work surface with a little flour to make it less sticky.
Cut out biscuits with the Sint and Piet biscuit cutters and place them on the baking tray with 2 cm between them. Make sure there is not too much flour left on the cut-out biscuits.

Bake

Bake the biscuits in the middle of the oven according to the instructions on the packaging. Approximately 15 minutes is a guide; follow the baking time stated on the packaging.
Leave the biscuits to cool completely.
