Ingredients
 

  • 500 g bread
  • 1 l milk (full)
  • 330 g sugar (Brown)
  • 200 g raisins
  • 25 g vanilla powder
  • 4 eggs

Optional

  • hint of cinnamon (to taste)

Instructions

  • Slice the bread
  • Add the sugar, raisins and milk. If desired, a touch of cinnamon.
  • Allow to rest for up to an hour
  • Crack and mix the eggs. Add them to the mixture and stir.
  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  • Put the mixture in a suitable pan.
  • Place in the oven for 90-120 minutes. After 30′, cover the top with alumium foil or it will burn.
