Roughly chop the onion and garlic. Blender briefly.
Add some olive oil and roast for 7 minutes at 110° C.
Meanwhile, finely chop the celery and coarsely chop the tomatoes and add them through the opening.
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste and sugar.
Pour in the vegetable broth.
Set the Monsieur Cuisine to cook at 100° - 30 minutes.
After the soup is cooked, use the blender function (*) of the Monsieur Cuisine to puree the soup until smooth.
Season with the spices and puree again until the desired consistency is reached.

(*) ATTENTION : NEVER immediately start the Monsieur Cuisine at high speed.
Chances are that starting at such a high speed will result in the soup being spread all over your kitchen!
