  • 400 g diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cube vegetable broth
  • 500 ml water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 kl paprika
  • chili flakes (to taste)
  • caynenne pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the onion and garlic. Blender briefly.
  • Add some olive oil and roast for 7 minutes at 110° C.
  • Meanwhile, finely chop the celery and coarsely chop the tomatoes and add them through the opening.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste and sugar.
  • Pour in the vegetable broth.
  • Set the Monsieur Cuisine to cook at 100° - 30 minutes.
  • After the soup is cooked, use the blender function (*) of the Monsieur Cuisine to puree the soup until smooth.
  • Season with the spices and puree again until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Tasty!

(*) ATTENTION : NEVER immediately start the Monsieur Cuisine at high speed.
Chances are that starting at such a high speed will result in the soup being spread all over your kitchen!
I always start at 1 turn it up step by step!
Notes:
The soup can be thickened by using a binder:
  • add a diced flour potato before cooking
  • cornstarch at the end and then cook briefly.
