Instructions
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Remove the core and dice.
Wash the cucumber, remove the seeds, and dice
Cut the feta into cubes and spread over the vegetables.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with the vinegar or lemon juice and oregano.
Season with pepper and a little salt.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
