Salad with Goat Cheese, Apple and Walnuts
A fresh, summer salad with soft goat cheese, crunchy walnuts, thin apple slices and a sweet balsamic dressing. Perfect as a lunch or light appetizer.

Instructions
Wash and dry the corn salad. Cut the apple into thin slices.
Divide the corn salad among the plates. Arrange the apple slices nicely around the lettuce.
Place the slices of goat cheese on the lettuce. Sprinkle the walnuts on top.
Drizzle honey over the goat cheese. Top with a few dashes of balsamic cream. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately, that way the apple stays fresh and the cheese soft.
