  • Put the oven tray in the oven on the highest setting. Set the grill setting to 180°C.
  • Grease a pan with a little oil (or butter) and already put the heat on (high). Beware the pan must be suitable for the oven.
  • Crack the eggs
  • Add the milk
  • Stir the eggs and milk well.
  • Add pepper. (careful already salt in the bacon!)
  • Fry the bacon briefly. Rub the bacon bits loose, then add the egg mixture.
  • Lower the heat (slightly) and cook for a minute.
  • Put the pan in the oven as high as possible. Keep a close eye on it because it can go "fast." Again, a minute is sufficient.
  • Roll up the omelet using a spatula.
